Autumn Trail

Eligibility

• This promotion is open to UK residents aged 13 and under. Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult while taking part
• No purchase is necessary to take part or to enter the prize draw
• The promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 November 2026 inclusive at participating The Light venues only. Entries outside this period will not be valid

How to take part

• Find the hidden characters and letters displayed in-venue and unscramble them to reveal the spooky phrase
• Show your completed entry to a member of staff to be checked

In-venue prize

• Each correct entry is eligible for a small treat or promotional item, such as confectionery, chosen at the venue's discretion
• Limited to one prize per child per day. Prizes are available while stocks last and may vary by venue
• Prizes may contain allergens. Parents and guardians are responsible for checking suitability before a prize is eaten, and staff can advise on ingredients where available

Family day out prize draw

• To enter, scan the QR code on the Autumn Trail postcard, submit the spooky phrase online and sign in to, or sign up for, a free myLight account
• Entries must be submitted by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over on behalf of the child. Only entries with the correct phrase will be included
• Limited to one entry per account. Duplicate or bulk entries will be disqualified
• The draw closes at 23:59 on 1 November 2026. Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on or before 8 November 2026
• Each winner will receive a family day out for up to two adults and two children at a The Light venue of their choice, including food and drink vouchers plus cinema tickets or a bowling session where available
• Prizes must be redeemed by 10 December 2027 and are subject to availability. Travel and any additional costs are not included
• Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw using the details linked to their account. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter may select an alternative winner
• Personal data will be used to administer the competition in line with The Light's Privacy Policy. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has opted in

General

• All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter may substitute a prize for one of equal or lesser value if necessary
• The Promoter may refuse participation or withhold prizes where it reasonably suspects misuse of the promotion
• By taking part, participants and their parent or guardian agree to these Terms and Conditions
